Giuseppe Schmidt, Zug, Switzerland
CEO Giuseppe Schmidt draws on more than 20 years of equity derivatives trading and financial services experience as Head of Equity Derivates Trading at BSI, Head of Equities at Banca del Gottardo and as a Derivatives Trader with other market makers in Zug, Zurich, New York, Chicago and Paris. He has long-standing experience focused on wealth and asset managment and notably family offices, During the last years Schmidt also served as a board advisor and consultant e.g. in renewable energy projects throughout the EMEA region. A Swiss national, he is business fluent in 6 languages. He holds a bilingual Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland and has accomplished numerous cross-disciplinary courses at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) in HKG and Peking University (PKU) in Beijing. |
Li Liang, Hong Kong, PRC
Regional Managing Director Li Liang has in excess of 21 years of consulting and industry experience in the U.S. and Asia markets. He helps companies expand their presence in China and leverages China’s resources to improve their global businesses. Throughout his career, he has consulted with clients in a variety of areas, including due diligence, business process improvement, enterprise risk assessment, enterprise risk management, finance transformation, financial reporting process improvement, financial investigations and the execution of internal and external audits. Liang held senior management roles at a number of technology companies in the U.S. and China A Chinese national, he speaks Mandarin and English and is fluent in Wu. He has an honors degree in Applied Mathematics and a Master's Degree in Management from the University of Hong Kong (HKU). |

Fadi Ganim, Qatar, Middle East Regional Managing Director Fadi Ganim has 20 years of experience practicing strategy management consulting and corporate finance advisory, having served some of the largest corporate and government clients in the GCC. Before joining the Group he was a partner at a Dubai based audit firm, where he had a number of senior roles with responsibility for the corporate and investment banking and investment management consulting business. During this time, he also had cross P&L roles related to corporate transactions, account management and global networks. Ganim has a vast experience advising clients on a wide spectrum of issues including strategy, business governance and large-scale change management. A Qatari national, he speaks Arabic and English and is fluent in Farsi. He holds a Master's Degree in Management from University of Texas at Austin. |
Frank O'Connor, London, UK Regional Managing Director Frank O'Connor draws on more than 18 years of experience working with a variety of organizations to enhance their business performance through risk management, operational effectiveness and enhanced governance. Before joining the Group he was the Head of Operations at a London based M&A boutique. O'Connor has gathered international experience at one of the Big Four audit firms serving clients in various industries with a specialization in banking, including managing internal and external audits, risk consulting engagements and due diligence assignments. A British national, he speaks English and is fluent in French. He has an MBA from the University of Birmingham. |
